Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your JessaKae pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your request within 5-7 business days of arrival.
